Linghams Chilli Sauce 280g

Iteam was well packed but cap was broken. I suspect this was broken/majorly cracked before it was even wrapped. There is no option to request refund. Not good.

I cook a great many things that just would not be possible without linghams. I do version of the famous Trader Vic's thin slices of filet of beef in flaming mustard sauce for example that absolutely requires linghams and a vodka and mustard marinara pasta sauce that is also a staple in my kitchen. It is fantastic to use to perk up the many Asian frozen meals that are now available in most supermarkets and the flavour profile of linghams is a much better fit with many Asian dishes than the American staple Tabasco

I ordered the Chili Sauce, but received the Hot Sauce.

This stuff is truly addictive! I was given a bottle some time ago. I was delighted to find that I could get it on Amazon. The sauce is not terribly hot but imparts a wonderful flavor to both fish and meats. I'll be back for more.

I've been enjoying Linghams Chili sauce for over 40 years, when I first tasted in at Kuala Lumpur Airport! It is the most amazing blend of sweet and sour and is delicious with pork or chicken. and a spoonful over a dish of boiled rice. Yum

Been using this sauce in the late l960's in Asia. Now I keep it on hand in the US. I use a little of this sauce to saute my shrimp in.
