Works great! In my opinion it works better than the Contrac brand that the Professional rodent company used--maybe because they were only replacing it ONCE per month--rip-offs & wallet-soakers in my opinion! Well, sorry folks, but if you're having a serious rodent problem like us--get 2-3 rat stations (not mouse stations) and fill them with this Havoc-XT bloc EVERY WEEK or sooner if needed. We bought tamper-resistant, locking rat-stations (comes with metal hex-key) with clear top-lids so that you can see if it needs more bait without opening it up all the time. RATS ARE DEAD!!However, a few decided to die under our house and it stinks bad--bought two ONA GEL quart-sized FRESH LINEN (nice slight lemony Fresh-linen scent--just don't put it too close to your bed when you're sleeping) and ONA 8-ounce spray APPLE CRUMBLE (lovely light apple pie/cinnamon scent) to eliminate the nauseating stench that traveled from under the house and emanated into our living environment--GET IT--IT WORKS & so sorry (actually NOT) to disagree with a few commenters who think the ONA APPLE CRUMBLE smells like a public urinal mint--my discerning nose (and I'm a woman with good taste) loved it and my house smells good enough for the Holidays now!! THANK GOD! And I won't forget to THANK AMAZON & THANK ONA too!Advice to you--know that if you have pets that run loose in your yard, this Havoc-XT, like many other brands, kills rodents by way of bleeding internally & this brand will remain in the rodent's liver--other brands like Contrac do NOT remain in the rodent's liver & they pee it out of their system--so be warned that you may NOT want to use this Havoc-XT if you think one of your pets might get ahold of a dead rodent & eat it or bite it, the poison in the rodent's liver could then transfer to your pet. However, if you're like us and keep your pets in a confined area where they wouldn't come in contact with the rodents, and if the rodents are getting under your house--like us--then the Havoc-XT bloc might be preferred because common-sense tells me that if another rodent is attracted to the smell of the dead rodent under your house & it eats it (they do, you know--yuck), then that rodent should die by way of poison transfer. The antidote for Havoc-XT bloc is Vitamin K. Be aware also, that some rodenticide brands kill by way of the nervous system & there is no antidote for that. Also, forget about the rodenticide at the grocery store--it takes longer to work (multiple feedings). Good luck to you.

This stuff got rid of every one I had. I used bait boxes cause I have pets inside but it works quick and keeps them away! It's worked for me and they haven't come back for over three months! I would highly recommend and would definitely buy again!

This product seemed to be more appetizing than coming products. Was more effective I think probably due to fact it seemed to be always consumed as long as there were consumers still around. My only complaint is very expensive.

I'm lucky that I don't have to contend with sewer rats but mice can be a nuisance as well. This product can be used to ward off those rodents whose aim is to make your home as THEIR home.

Took about 10 min to put into my garage door and haven't had any issues since. Love it!

My close neighbor seems to be a horder of sorts and has critters all over his property..I am going to eliminate the rodents.
