I’ve been drinking this for 3 days now with prenatals too cause I’ve been loosing hair so much that just running my hands through my hair I’ll bring back chunks of hair I suffer from pcos and thought this would help I’ve also see dermatologist recommend prenatals too cause it gives you other vitamins your body needs and just in 3 days it’s been working! Calidad y precio lo valen

Have taken it everyday for 2 weeks. Easily dissolves in water. It’s not gritty and does not taste bad at all! It’s above my expectations i typically don’t write reviews but I did because I can’t be the only women with PCOS with low energy. My energy levels have increased taking this product I can’t say yet if it has helped with my cycle but so far I can tell I have more energy through out the day don’t feel foggy and tired in the evening.

Its a good product , i have been using it for some times and i am feeling good change in me
