Received exactly what I ordered and pleased with product and price

This product does strengthen the jaw muscles. Would be a 5* review but after 2 months of use (using thee times a week) it suddenly fell to bits. I do wonder if maybe my jaw got too strong for the beginner level, so have ordered the next level up. I also wonder if there is even a way to make something of this material last any longer considering its use.

It split right in the middle of both sides after using it for 1 hour for 2 days. It's unbelievable they'd mass produce such a poor quality product, you're better of just buying chewing gum. It's much cheaper. I wish I could give this 0 stars. this should cost less than a pound with how terrible it is.

It goes between your back teeth rather than front. It provides some resistance. I imagine it's going to be a slow burn. Let's see how things turn out!

I tried using this, and sure my jaw muscles felt like they were being used, but my jaw locked and I couldn't open my mouth for hours

This product started off well, but within a few days started splitting. The is clearly a mold and desgin floor. I won't recommend.

Whilst I can understand the theory behind these. I found them too big and they made me feel sick.
