New Balance Men's 577 V1 Lace-Up Shoe

I’ve been wearing these New Balance 577 V1 shoes daily for a few weeks now, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Right out of the box, they felt solid and supportive, and after just a short break-in period (a day or two), they molded perfectly to my feet.The cushioning is excellent, especially if you’re on your feet all day — whether for work, walking, or casual wear. Well made and comfortable. I wear these when it isn't snowing everyday for my 4 mile morning walk, work great. On work trips these have also double duty as my work shoes. Still in great shape after 6 + months of steady use.

So I am a woman and have been looking high and low for dressy-ish sneakers that can accommodate my orthotics. It has been challenging and there are not many options. These remind me of Nike low vision court sneakers which I view as fashion sneakers that match many outfits. These sneakers are too short in length which has never happened to me before with men’s shoes. The length is not correct for the size. I’m wearing a men’s 7.5 extra wide 4E width which is my usual size and it feels like I’m wearing a men’s size 7 wide 2E width or maybe even just a men’s 7 and regular width (D). This sneaker absolutely runs small in length and width. The shoe is hard and all “leather” not sure if it’s real leather or not. Because of this you can tell that if you wear these shoes as true walking shoes they will not last long. The front of the sneakers leather will crease and crack over time if you bend the front of your front foot too much while walking, making these shoes pretty delicate and you will have to be conscious of how you walk to preserve them. These are sneakers made for style and not so much function. My orthotics fit inside of them which is great. I have flat feet and overpronate. In my opinion the sneakers are supportive enough for my ankles to help with the overpronation but there is no arch support. These sneakers would absolutely not be comfortable for all day everyday use because the sole is very hard and almost platform-ish and the entire shoe is hard. There’s no flexibility anywhere whatsoever. I was looking for casual dressy shoes that can accommodate my orthotics that I can wear with casual dresses and for semi dressy occasions. I think these sneakers fit the bill. I hope if I size up and purchase a size 8 extra wide width (4E) they will fit and not be too large.

My husband is over 400 pounds, so finding shoes that provide real comfort and support without wearing down quickly is not easy. These New Balance shoes have honestly been a great fit for him. The cushioning feels supportive without being too soft, and they provide excellent stability for everyday walking and standing. He noticed right away that his feet and lower back felt less tired after wearing them throughout the day.The fit is roomy and comfortable, especially in the toe area, and the padded collar adds extra comfort around the ankle. The sole feels durable and supportive enough for heavier weight without feeling stiff.Another thing we both liked is the look. The all-black design is clean, sleek, and versatile enough to wear casually or for work. They don’t have that bulky “orthopedic” appearance that some comfort shoes do. Overall, these are a solid combination of comfort, support, durability, and style. Highly recommended for bigger guys needing dependable everyday shoes.

Great shoe. Great fit! I was fortunate to find this item that was virtually new, at half price because of a return. One if the Amazon statements is “frequently returned due to tight fit”. My suggestion is don’t buy a narrow size unless you have a narrow foot! 😳

Cons: Runs just a bit snug, so you may want to consider ordering a half-size up or a wider width if you wear thick socks.

I bought these in extra wide (what I need) and find them to be comfortable for the price - but they are a little stiff and very noisy when walking. Having now worn them frequently for 2.5 months, I was hoping they would become a little more flexible but no. They look good, but on inspection the materials are pretty cheap and - yes - stiff. They don't lace easily, but don't come untied once laced. The big issue is the noise when walking - crunch, crunch ... Given the price, I would be happy with them if it weren't for the noise. They are "walking shoes" but I now wear them when I'm out at a casual place where I don't expect to walk much.

Size smaller than normal. I usually wear size 9.5 wide but it was tight. I exchanged it for 10 wide which leave plenty of room for my feet. Plenty of cushion make walking comfortably. Good comfortable walking shoe.

The shoes are comfortable and good looking, despite my shoe size, US13! One point though, the leather is quite thick and stiff, I.e. strong, and maybe needs a long breaking in duration.

Ich musste leider sehr, sehr lange warten und ziemlich viel Transportkosten zahlen (Übersee) . Aber alles in allem hatte es sich gelohnt. Ein wunderbarer Schuh mit ausgezeichneten Trageeigenschaften. Design elegant und sportlich zugleich. Da freue ich ich jedesmal hinein zuschlüpfen, ist wie eine zweite Haut!

Los zapatos están muy bien en general, pero se venden en varios anchos diferentes y desafortunadamente en la publicación nunca dice que el modelo es el "B" estrecho. y uno pensaría que es el normal al no permitir elegir el tipo de anchura del zapato.
