How do I put in the battery? I am looking for very detailed answers please.

Per the instructions provided with your Finishing Touch Lumina, simply hold the head of the unit in one hand, and with the other, pull the base of the unit down to expose the battery compartment.

Does the hair grow back darker?

Thank you for your question. The lumina doesn't affect the root of your hair beneath your skin and has no effect on the way your hair grows.

What is the best thing to use to get rid of chin hairs?

Try Nair Face Cream--leaves skin smooth and takes just 5 - 10 minutes.

My nose trimmer doesn’t turn in but the light works and i put a new battery in what doesn’t it work ?

It is probably clogged with skin and hair cells, and if it is a nose hair trimmer probably the little booger got plugged up. remove the battery, take the head off and apart down to the blades if possible, clean it and then give it a small drop of 3in1 oil or blade trimmer oil, put it back together and it should work. If it still doesn't work, time to buy a new one.
