Damged SSD, and customer care
The SSD was damaged and I brought a new SSD from the seller and now the laptop is always showing blue screen and green screen and the customer care is not responding .... Stay away ;)

Holy Cow!
There is no question this is an expensive laptop with premium quality specifications. I am not a gamer but I do do heavy computations in excel and photo editing. For it's weight, the performance and power of the laptop is top notch and can't ask for anything more. I've been using it for a little over a week now and have had no general complaints other than I have found the fingerprint sensor to be hit or miss. I redid my fingerprint profile and it works better now but still have an occasional login where it does not like it. Very minor grip for an otherwise 'unit' of a laptop with a killer processor.

Expect that some part of a laptop may die after just two weeks of using
I like this model, but I could use it for only 2 weeks because the AC adapter died. I played in the Witcher and observed how the charger light blinked 3 times, and the AC adapter stopped to charge.I didn't expect this quality for the device that cost $2k. Also, Asus support couldn't help me find a shop to buy a replacement in Kyrgyzstan or Germany.

I like it
Until now, I think the laptop is good but I felt strange when I hear some voices from the laptop while it is one of the best. Today I can say that the audio is very low so I bought a speaker to hear properly and this fixed the problem.

Awesome computer only thing I didn’t like was no rgb keyboard which isn’t a big deal
