J'avais une huile maison avec ces mêmes HE sur une base d'huile d'arnica donc je connaissais les bienfaits. Flemme de la refaire, j'ai donc acheté ce gel pour mes douleurs de névralgies cervicales et trapèzes déclenchées par des migraines. Vu les commentaires sur l'effet chauffant des enfers, j'ai massé avec une dose de la taille d'un petit pois pour commencer, en passant ensuite énergiquement, comme à mon habitude, avec un guasha sur le trapeze douloureux. En moins de 5', plus de douleurs. Aucun effet chauffant pour le coup mais ce petit pois a suffit à faire effet.
