It’s not lavender. This company sells fake lavender made in China. I tried taking a bath with this stuff and none of the flowers changed shape or blossomed and oddly the flowers looked all the same. And it didn’t break apart easily in my hand after it was soaked in hot water like real flower buds do. Don’t buy from this company.

Can it be used for cooking?

I've used this product for a few years to make lavender simple syrup. I'm still alive! BUT... I'm not sure I'd do it again. This product listing used to say this is culinary grade lavender, but I can only see that claim now on the 5oz packaging photo. I never noticed anything off about it when using it for syrup aside from its intense purple coloring. Use at your own risk, I'd say.

Best Lavender on Amazon! I've been an herbalist for over two decades now so I've bought my fair share of Lavender flowers. I've been experimenting with different sellers to see what kind of quality is out there and boy have I been disappointed quite a bit. Not this time! The color is amazing, such a bright, beautiful purple! The aroma is strong and sweet, absolutely 💯! The texture is soft but not fragile. Overall excellent quality! Especially for the price! I will be purchasing from here from now on! Highly recommend!
