Pretty good flavor!
I really like this bbq sauce even though it's a bit high in sugar (even if natural), but I know you have to get the flavor from somewhere!! Their ketchup is pretty good but I would not purchase the salsa again.

Great taste No nightshades
Great tasting bar-b-q sauce without tomatoes or other nightshade veggie I can eat. been looking for something like this and this is perfect. Great on ribs or just mixed into ground meat.

Let's be honest! ; )
If, like me, you are on an AIP diet, then you may be missing some flavors and foods you used to enjoy. I miss bbq sauce on my pulled pork or beef roast and although this sauce is not my usual bbq- it fills the void and that is the point. All the elements are not going to be exactly the same and maybe the texture is off for you or the flavor... but I can tell you honestly that I dont feel like I'm missing my bbq sauce anymore and this sauce does have a lot of flavor! I'd recommend at least trying it if you're missing your usual sauces.

Good For AIP Compliance
I'm not going to lie and say I would choose this if I didn't have a complicated diet, but I do. I have an autoimmune disease and I'm forced to follow the AIP diet so I can have a healthy, active lifestyle. Even the littlest deviation makes me a wreck. So this sauce is good when you can't have anything else and I'm happy with it, will buy it again but of course flavor wise, I'd prefer straight off the shelf, corn syrup laden and sugar filled bbq sauce. This will do when I have a craving.

Horrible!
Def not recommended! Absolutely disgusting, chunky, taste like what a hospital smells like, if I could leave a negative star review I would! Bought for my adult son who can’t have nightshade he said def waste of money

Great sauce for meat and fish!!!
I do not like the sauce straight out of the bottle but it is AWESOME as a marinade. I’ve used this sauce to make oxtails, pork ribs, and Chilean sea bass. All came out with astounding flavor thanks to this. The only other seasoning I used was salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Definitely purchasing again. Thank you!

Decent for no nightshades
It doesn't have the depth of a regular barbecue sauce, but it can improve with a little doctoring. The thickness is about right for glazing meat near the end of cooking. It's fairly sweet but not excessively so; I see it as a good base to tweak with my own spices.
