Not for me...
I'm on day 9 of a 7 day cleanse and I'm less regular than I was before I started taking this. I also stopped taking Protonix when I started this so the extra stomach acid would give it a boost. No luck.

Great Ingredient List, Gentle but Effective Formula
I want to start off my review by saying that I love the ingredient list of this supplement. It has senna in a small amount, which is a laxative. It even has acidophilus probiotic to replace any lost beneficial bacteria.I purchased this colon health support with the intentions of using it more as a cleanse. It does say on the bottle that it is meant for occasional use, but that it can also be used as a cleanse for up to 15 days.This is what I plan to do, but after day 1, I don't think I'll need to use it for the full 15 days, because it began to work on the first day. I don't have a sensitive stomach by any means, and it is usually running quite slowly, so I figured it would take a few days to work.I started with one capsule at bedtime as it said to do, and in the middle of the next day it began to work, and gently as well. I plan to take for a few more days to continue to cleanse. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for the promise of my honest and unbiased review, and I really have nothing negative to say about this one. Love IT!!
Excellent blend of bacteria in these capsules. You can't always tell the quality of a probiotic from the price or even the brand. I have had some expensive ones that caused more harm than good. But I am always experimenting with new products as I continue to battle Crohn's disease and have found these are an excellent choice which have increased abdominal comfort and digestion. T

Love it!!
First I would like to say that I have suffered from constipation since I was a teenager and this product is one of the few products that has helped make my bowel movements more frequent. I started taking 2 pills every night before I went to bed and that would make my trips to the bathroom very frequently and I would get very loose stools. After I would just take 1 pill a night and that really made everything better. My trips to the bathroom have really improved and I haven't suffered from constipation at all since I started taking this. I am really huappy with thus product!
