I love this amplifier
I love this amplifier. It delivers the specified power, and its compact size means it can be installed anywhere.

Big performance small package
It's small. I can't begin to express that. It's the whole reason I bought it. I needed a small amp for my old CJ 7 Jeep. At the price point I was very skeptical but not being made in China was a good thing. Install was straight forward max wire size is 10awg for anyone looking to purchase a wiring kit at the same time. I installed mine on the plastic air box under the dash (only available spot out of the weather). Performance is above expectations even more so considering the size and power rating on this unit. I'm not running a subwoofer only 2 6x9" speakers in the rear and 4 6-1/4" speakers in the front. If I was going to have a sub I would recommend stepping up to the 1000 watt unit (only slightly bigger based on dimensions given) I will update this after several weeks worth of driving. I'm getting ready for a road trip to the beach so it will be a great test of highway noise vs sound system. Update as of 9-15-24 This thing is amazing. Wonderful sound quality and even with off road tires and no top or doors I can clearly hear my music blasting out of my speakers. My 4+ hour trip was fantastic with the sounds blasting from my speakers. Previously I would have the volume maxed out and still barely hear the music over the wind and tire noise. Not anymore now with this little unit I don't even hit 50% volume on the quietest of songs and typically only have it at 20-25% with most. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a compact amp that will greatly increase the quality of their sound system.

Tiny cool lil hog THE FIRST TIME
I really like how small it its. Crossover options are very limited, but for the size its nice that there is a LPF and HPF on all channels, even if they are both fixed at 90hz. Powers my Rockford Fosgate 6.5" component set, and both of my Earthquake SWS 6.5 woofs in the doors. Clear, minimal distortion. The best part is the size though, it's smaller then a thick sandwich on wonder bread. 3"W x 5"L x 2"H. I'll be buying another one to replace a larger, less powerful amp very soon. EDIT: Bought another amp 4/1/24. I decided to run each of my 100w subs on each channel of this new amp, bridged for absolute minimal distortion and obviously maximum output. And....rear channel is dead. No working. Ok, so checked all my connections, swapped the wire, not a peep. I went to maybe switch them around again and I noticed that when you hold the RCAs against the amp it would complete the connection and sound would cut in. Let go, cuts out. Its like when you had a bad headphone jack and had to hold it into the plug. Well I cant do that, when the amps under the backseat in my truck. Returning, hopefully the next one that comes is perfect like the first. Now I gotta dig up the box and packaging, at least the recycling didnt come this week. I had mega faith that the second amp would be fine but no dice. Fingers crossed. Will update. UPDATE #2: Replacement amp works well, all channels. Just like the first. Had to have it because the size is just perfect to fit in the space off the back wall under the back seat in my extended cab 2500. Both amps, equalizer, and all wiring fits nicely. Would buy again. Test as soon as you receive it.

Great foot print, even better door mat. Trash
I just purchased this same amp (500.4) for the second time. The first one stopped working after a year and the second (new) one lasted a little over a month. Just past the manufacturer warranty. You guessed it? They won’t refund me my money nor will they send me a replacement. Short story long… don’t waste your money. The seller didn’t even try to accommodate me, he just pushed me off the manufacturer who hasn’t even tried to reach out to me. Awesome… not!

Great for cheap builds or portable setups
Very compact amp with a few issues. First off, this was used in a custom portable setup for work. It was powered with a 50A 12v converter or Milwaukee M12 battery. Powering a set of Kicker Components/DS18 Coaxials and 2 Dayton Audio 8Ohm woofers. Ch 1&2 at 2 ohms and 3&4 bridged. The potentiometer they use in this amp is VERY sensitive (or very poor quality). Output doesn't roll in as most quality amps do when setting the gain. Too much, it'll clip, too little and (Right) channel would cut out. Literally had to wiggle the pot when (Left) channel was clean to get other other channel to output. This thing runs HOT. Of course having two channels at 2 ohm and the other two bridge probably didn't help. Make sure you have this in a well ventilated area or I could see this going into protect mode. Had this running for about 4-5 hours strong with active cooling on it. Last is the cross over. LPF is set to 90 Hz and seems like they add bass boost into the signal which made it a pain to dial in my woofer in bridge mode. Overall I'm very impressed with this unit and its capability to output some sound. Far better than any head units built in amplifier and the cost is great for budget builds/DIY portable players. However, I pulled this from my DIY build and replaced it with a better quality 4 channel.

It’s tiny.
4 starts for the size. I’m running this amp in a Gen2 rav4, stock deck with a hi-lo-z adapter and w head phone preamp for the Aux in. Sounds a little crunchy and bright. 90% chance it’s the signal being a bit hot going into the amp. Tons of horsepower for door speakers. Pro little amp if you want to sneak it behind a stock deck, and have an incognito system: amp is fused at 25 amps… not sure if it will do the 500watts rms. And it’s noisy, not quiet at zero volume. I do recommend it.
