I gave these to my 8 year old son when he was prescribed two strong antibiotics. I cut it in half. Here is the regiment example:Breakfast + antibiotic.Lunch + half probiotic.Dinner + antibiotic.Bedtime probiotic.That way the antibiotics wouldn't kill the probiotic right away. That the probiotics would have time to be in his belly during the day and again overnight. The Dr. at the ER warned the strong antibiotics would give him diarrhea. He wasn't allowed dairy due to a conflict with one of the antibiotics. So no yogurt allowed. Therefore, I had to give him a chewable pill form. Worked perfectly! Zero diarrhea from the antibiotics. I highly, highly recommend.

Thank goodness for a chewable that doesn’t taste like chalk! Both my kids take this with no complaint. We have been working on getting their guts in order and this has helped with indigestion, gas and bloating. I know it’s hard to get kids to take supplements and I’m so glad our doctor recommended this one.
