Really nice and easy install and quiet motherboard. It is one of the best upgrades you could do on an Ender 3 printer.

First of, I want to say this board is amazing. It really was just a drop-in board, all the connections were the same. The problem arose when I tried printing something. It powered on, the screen said Marlin 2.0, I did a test heat and auto homed it, everything worked fine. Then I went to print something. It heated up perfectly, then proceeded to ram into the corner without stopping, causing the extruder belt to slip. I rechecked all the connection and they were fine. I decided to reload the firmware with Marlin 2.0.7 and it worked flawlessly. It was incredibly easy to re-flash the SD card, granted, I'm pretty experienced when it comes to 3d printers, but any beginner should be able to do it with all the YouTube videos about this. Also, I can FINALLY SLEEP, It's SILENT. Amazing.

i really like it and i got it because my ender 3 pro had an old board and it was really good for the price but my ender 3 has a problem with the end stop that i haven't fixed

all this time, i have been working like a savage. Haning to listen god aweful sound of the steppers whle i sleep. the only peep out of this thing is the fans. its not plug and play though. i had to configure the bltouch but no biggie. i can't believe how quiet it is.

oh this has turned from a pleasant purchase to an all out nightmare.ordered the item on prime NEXT DAY - get the item immediate failure tones. the boards not ijstalled witht eh ender 3 FW. ok. grab the BIN file to update the board. - oh the the ender three isnt supported anymore unless its a v3 or four. that's ok i can compile a BIN for the FW. BUT maybe put that on the item - but to make matters worse- the sd reader fails- so i set up a return no problem - but now the seller wants to send it two day, why not send it the same way i ordered it? and don't even get me started on trying to contact any service for the company. theses boards used to be the go to - between Amazon and BTT pointing fingers, i feel like maybe its time to stop supporting BOTH companies. Trying to contact Amazon is like trying to breath water.

The board arrived well packaged. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box and found that a genuine BLTouch had been enclosed evidently as a gift. The board fit into the same place that the original 8-bit board was. Remove the 4 screws that hold the board in place, remove the old one and place the new board in it's place then reinstall the 4 screws. I haven't tested the board yet but I will update this review as soon as I do.

I purchased this board to replace the SKR Mine E3 v1.2, which I liked but one of the drivers gave out. So, I decided to replace it with this one. Old board lasted about 18 months.The board comes with no instructions, which did not surprise me, but previous BigTree purchased included a card that said where to go for instructions. This board did not have that. So, I had to search out instructions.I hooked my BL Touch into the one port with 5 wires made for this type of sensor instead of using the Z stop. No SD card with firmware was included, so I downloaded it from Github. BL Touch wasn't working right. So, I downloaded Marlin and found steps recommended for changing for my set up. BL Touch still wasn't working. After trying several different firmware options for BL Touch I gave up for a while and did manual leveling.Finally, I found that if I changed some of the wiring around the BL Touch works.Print quality seems to be down from previous board, but that may be due to changing brands of filament at the same time I changed the board.I think once I get things ironed out I will be happy with the board, but the transition was not as smooth as I expected.

My SKR mini e3 v1.2 board died from an ESD. I replaced the board with the v2.0 board. The v2.0 has some improvements over the v1.2 board but I had some hurdles to get things printing with the same features and settings of my old board. I had to deal with modifying the connectors of the BL Touch as the board connector is expecting a 5 pin jst connector as opposed to the 2 pin jst & 3 pin dupont. I had to recompile with some minor changes in configuration.h. These minor issues were easily overcome and prints look great.
