Didn't do a review right away because I wanted to use the belt for a while to figure out if it's worth it. It is absolutely worth it. I've had the belt now for probably over a year and works really well. A lot of people misunderstand what a weight lifting build is for and believe it's just for lifting heavy and protecting your back. It's not. It's meant to help keep your core in your internal pressure your stomach contained. When lifting heavy you tend to put a lot of pressure on your core and insides. The bell helps keep that together and stabilizes your core. It does not protect your back. It's not a therapeutic back brace. There are back braces designed for that and then there are weight lifting belts that are designed for weightlifting. This one here is one of the best ones I've had. I love, absolutely love Gymreaper products. I have every single item they have as well as clothing. I get asked all the time in the gym about this product since I advertise it on my T-shirt. I referred a lot of people too these belts and they also absolutely love them. They're also compact You just roll it up throw it in your bag. Unlike your professional power lifting belts that are hard leather.

I love this belt! I use it multiple times a week to help stabilize my back. It’s a uniform size so there are no tight and loose spots. It just fits!

Great belt but very long ship time.

Been using it for about a week now and it has definitely helped me out. I have a bad back but hit the gym often anyway. My posture feels sturdier and I can use the weights with more ease. It's a good fit and doesn't slip so I'd say the velcro so far is pretty strong. The material overall is of good quality. Will probably buy another one to keep at work.

Belt looks great. Fit is perfect as described. It seems to still be holding up well have having for close to a year now. It feels lightweight yet still sturdy. Can adjust to whatever tightness needed. Great value in a long lasting belt.

As someone that has had the best of the best lever belt for Powerlifting etc. I can say this has very good support and for the price you can't knock it at all...

The belt is quite nice, however I'd recommend taking a size bigger if you are close to the upper limit on the size chart. I ordered XL and I'm within the size parameters(5 cm/2 inches below the upper limit), however I can't strap it at all, the flap is too short.
