Q: will these fit on a size 7 shoe?

Do not know about the size fit, you get do different size pairs in the package. One pair is larger than the the other. But-----after the second walk with my dog, the 2 back straps broke off causing a clump of metal and rubber to end up under the arch of my foot causing me to remove the whole cleat. I do not recommend this product.

Q: Are they good for concentrate running on the road?

I doubt it. I use them only while walking behind my snow blower on my sloped driveway. The straps will sometimes break walking.
