Been using Braun epilators on my legs for over a decade. Happy to find one specifically designed for the face. Helps the transition into menopause (hello facial hair!) a little smoother. Highly recommend for experienced epilator users. This is NOT a shaver or a razor! This removes hair at the root, like tweezing or waxing. Just like tweezing and waxing, one gets used to the pain to where it’s just a mild discomfort over time.

It is advertised as being able to grab even the finest hairs. I can actually see hairs and it doesn't grab them??? I'm wondering if they have to be long, but that kinda defeats the purpose of not having chin hair now doesn't it. Am I doing something wrong???

I have one and use it so convenient and handy .Bought this as a gift.

This was a great purchase, I have to always either wax or laser away my side burns but sometimes I just don’t have time to get it done and this product is so nice and compact I can carry it even in my bag, it gets the job done for sure. One recommendation I have is make sure to let it charge well and if it isn’t pulling the hair you might have to press for the opposite direction.
