5.11 products have a well earned reputation for reeking of high quality assembly of durable materials... this backpack hasn't disappointed in *any* way. I completed extensive research prior to purchasing and, coming from an Oakley Kitchen Sink, I'm in love with the significantly increased space, higher quality materials, additional useful features and thoughtful, robust design.I travel frequently for business and am able to carry a week's worth of clothes, shoes, laptop, phone & laptop chargers, strategically needed cabling/tools, personal needs, exercise bands + associated handles and more without struggling to make it all fit; yet this bag manages to still fit in the overhead compartment on airliners + is extremely comfortable to carry long distances with wide, supportive straps and the means to compress the contents to aid in proper weight distribution.Unlike many on the market these days, this 5.11 bag far from cheaply made, I absolutely feel it is priced appropriately, and I have zero regrets in my decision to purchase. I have one I bought in 2015 and replaced it with a new one. It still wasn't worn out, but, I will use the old one for more abusive adventures.Overall the quality is top notch, with plenty of compartments to organize my gear when travelling.On my old one the only failure was the zipper pulls, one call to the manufacturer and they sent an easy dozen so I was up and running with spares.When I saw the price drop fifty bucks I got third one to give as a gift.It's the best

I use this in strike teams as a CA firefighter. Well built and feels like it'll stand up to a lot of punishment. Plenty of storage space and can compartmentalize well for all of the simultaneous different applications while out in the field.

HIP BELT NOT MADE FOR LARGE INDIVIDUALS BUT I REMOVED IT AND IT IS PERFECT NOW.

I bought this because it was big and because it could fit everything in it. Feels built to last. It certainly stood up to everything I threw at it.

I use this for work and personal. It is durable, functional and rugged.
