I am pretty sure this will fit your Cutlass as this is a GM part. I installed it in my 73 Plymouth Fury as the physical dimensions were identical to the OEM item in the car that needed to be replaced and is no longer available. This one fit my MOPAR perfectly and functions just like the original.

yes , but it may not be a direct fit, I use them in custom and universal situations, cuts way down on the gas tank fumes
