No code needed to connect because it connects through the app and not through the bluetooth settings.

Q: How to factory reset? When I press the red text it does nothing

Take a sledge hammer to it. It probably will no longer function but it will be reset!

Q: Does the have the ability to program by seconds not just minutes?

I do believe it only programs in minutes.
