I’m a Aveda grad and skincare enthusiast. I love to try new products. While this is not a new product it is new to me. I remember trying a untinted version years ago and I liked it but it was not as versatile as the tinted versions. I got a pink balm as well as this Mocha color. I love both and they are priced so reasonably and such a small amount is needed that I feel it will last me a long time. Definitely worth the asking price. This balm is soothing, moisturizing and versatile. It adds such natural looking color while also being nourishing and moisturizing. The Mocha color is great and I can use it as a lip balm, bronzer, and for a light monochromatic look I also apply a little bit to my eyelids like an eyeshadow. It’s great for a “no makeup” look but also can complement a full makeup look too. It is gentle and has not flared up any skin conditions or caused breakouts. It is a bit on the heavier side in terms of texture but a little goes a long way! It’s worth a shot if you’re looking for a versatile natural looking tinted balm. I really like this stuff and keep finding new ways to use it. Using it like a bronzer is my favorite way to use it. The color is so natural and perfectly even when applied to lips and cheeks. Overall a great product and I’m surprised I didn’t find the tinted versions years ago!

Great lip balm, and if you only use it for that then this will likely last you awhile! I've bought this before and a single tube lasted me over a year. I didn't need to apply much because it was so hydrating.

The balm was very healing and moisturizing, and I had no issues with the texture, applicator, etc. as other reviewers did. Just be aware the red is nothing like the beautiful, bright cherry shown in photos they provide—it’s a muddy, brownish brick red that would be fine for some people, but it’s awful on me. I never would have bought the tinted balm had I known the actual color! Not a huge deal since it’s quite cheap and still useable around the house, but disappointing nonetheless.

I was expecting the applicator tip to be similar to the mini sizes, a lip applicator. Instead it's like a lotion tip. This requires you to apply it with your finger, which is not what I wanted.

Originally bought this at an airport to freshen up during a long layover. I loved the color and the dewey look. I recently ran out and decided to check online. So happy to be able to buy more in different colors!

THE RED IS AMAZING. ORDERED PEACH OR PINK AND COULD NOT SEE IT ON LIPS. IT IS SUPER MOISTURIZING AND YOU CAN BUILD TO THE DEEPNESS OF COLOR YOU WANT.

i honestly wish i could give this zero stars. i have dry lips and saw the good reviews on this, so i decided to try it. i only tried it for two days before completely giving up on the product altogether. my lips have NEVER burned the way they did after waking up when i wore this. during the day, i couldn’t get any other lip balms to soothe the burning or the dryness of my lips. my lips started splitting, they burned, throbbed, and i even ended up with angular cheilitis because of this. this is a terrible, terrible lip mask. it’s the worst thing i’ve ever put on my lips and that says a lot.

I’ve always relied on Lucas’ Papaw ointment (red) for my chapped lips. I was excited to see this pawpaw overnight lip care, but turns out it’s Dr. Paw Paw and NOT Lucas’ Papaw! How could I have missed it! So, it’s not the Australian brand, but trying to mislead us to be the Aussie brand. I tried using it, and it feels like having petroleum jelly on my lips! And it was not very effective in soothing my chapped lips (say 6/10). I’m just not comfortable with the ingredients, compared to Papaw’s natural ingredients. Hope I can return this even it has been opened 😞
