This is the second brace that I've tried for my cubital tunnel at night and it's the one that works. This brace has three stays to keep your elbow straight at night with minimal movement. The three Velcro straps allows you to adjust the fit as needed. It's made of soft neoprene which makes it durable and longer lasting. This brace is a little bit more money but, worth every penny if you don't want your elbow to bend at night.

I got this brace because I kept waking up with numb fingers and elbow pain from cubital tunnel syndrome. It definitely helps – after a few nights, I noticed way less tingling and better sleep overall. It does what it’s supposed to do by keeping your elbow straight so you’re not putting pressure on the ulnar nerve while you sleep. That said, it took some trial and error to get it comfortable. At first, it felt like it was putting a bit too much pressure on the inside of my elbow, and I had to adjust the straps a few times each night. Eventually I figured out how to position it just right – not too tight, and angled a bit differently – and now it’s working well without discomfort. The materials are soft and breathable, and it’s easy to put on and take off, even with one hand. Once it’s set up right, it stays in place and doesn’t make my arm hot or sweaty overnight. If you’re dealing with ulnar nerve pain or waking up with numbness, I’d still recommend it. Just give yourself a couple nights to find the right fit.

Bought this to wear to bed to help with my cubital tunnel syndrome. The velcro half-came off one of the straps from just trying to open it brand new out of the bag. I wore it for 1 night and the velcro came off completely. Very disappointed with the quality. However, I was able to wear it overnight with the 2 working straps and I believe it has helped with my arm. So I've requested a replacement. Hopefully the replacement is better quality than the original. *update* the replacement is much better than the original. It has helped immensely. Seller also refunded me so the replacement and original were free, so that's nice.

I had surgery for Carpal tunnel and also cubital tunnel/ ulnar nerve transposition on my left arm all on March 5. My surgery didn’t go well and Im on the road to a long recovery. It’s been very hard sleeping every night as you can imagine. 2 months went by and I was about losing my mind with no sleep because I just could not get my arm in a comfortable position. Throughout the day I tend to protect it a lot, and bend my arm more then straighten it which is a huge problem. I finally decided to order this brace and see if maybe it would help me with this issue when I sleep. Since I can’t seem to straighten my arm during the day, maybe slowly at night it will start to get straighter. Well the very first night I wore it I slept so comfortably, so soundly, so amazingly, and I just wished I had ordered it sooner. The brace is so soft on inside. If you follow the directions on how to exactly wear it then I think you will love it too. It’s not meant to fit tightly. Doesn’t need too. It will not allow you to bend your arm at all if worn correctly. Its kept my arm from going into awkward positions that I would normally do. It’s helped straighten my arm quite a bit. My physical therapist says it’s a definite keeper. And if she says so then I know it’s good. It’s never caused me any pain or discomfort, just the opposite. I have had it now for a couple weeks and I just LOVE IT!!!

Takes a bit to get used to sleeping with. As this is a bilateral issue, I got 2, but sleeping with both is not doable. So either alternate nights or pick the worst elbow/numbness in fingers. Tucking in or wrapping your sheet under the brace will help keep it from extending over the bed, causing some overextension and morning pain just where you don't want it. But, daytime numbness has decreased by using this every night. Once the fit is adjusted it's easy to slide on/off before getting in/out of bed. Just be sure the netting is on your outside elbow so it holds itself up better. It can slide down on you, just a matter of correct tension.

This is so stiff and has no give. That might be good if you want to be completely immobile, but it caused immediate pain in my shoulder if I tried to do anything. I wore it one time. Didn’t work for me at all.

Had a severe case of golfer's elbow due to injury. I would wake up every morning with significant discomfort. Using the brace at night provided the support I needed to allow my elbow to properly heal. You definitely need to use the sling provided to keep it in place at night. You will still need to ice the elbow, stretch and modify some of your daily routine but at least you won't wake up with the elbow already inflamed. I would absolutely recommend this product.

Habe immer mal wieder Probleme mit dem ulnaris Nerv. Im Alltag fällt es mir schwer immer dran zu denken, den Arm nicht so oft anzuwinkeln. Durch die Schiene bin ich dazu gezwungen, auch in der Nacht, den Arm gerade zulassen, sodass sich der Nerv schnell wieder beruhigt. Kann es aufjedenfall empfehlen, aber bitte bei starken Beschwerden den Arzt aufsuchen.

Yo lo compre porque al doblar el codo se me entumían mis dedos de las manos, y me recomendaron usar uno para reducir ese dolor. Y si funciono de maravilla, está hecho de buen material, para nada me queda ajustado, es más, puedes hacerlo más grande o pequeño depende tu preferencia. Algo que había visto de otros productos es que los metales que se encuentran en los lados se salían o se movían, para nada eso sucede con este, y no se me mueve al dormir.
