I have a 14 year old standard poodle who is such a picky eater she will sniff for a few seconds a beautifully cooked steak before eating a bite. I had to put her on arthritis meds which need to be given with a full meal. I tried so many things beside her $100 a bag dog food to get her to eat a reasonable amount of food. Freshly cooked and hard boiled eggs, sardines in water, tuna, cooked ground sirloin and other proteins slightly mixed with other add ins like canned pumpkin, brown rice (slightly buttered!) and potatoes. She would eat these things at first but then decided she did not really like them and eventually just picked at them. Yeah she plays me like a fiddle! Then came along super gravy! Her appetite has increased 10 fold! I mix the gravy with her kibble and a touch of canned food for breakfast and she eats every bite! For dinner she now eats just her kibble without the gravy! This has saved me and her from a ton of frustrating meals uneaten! She loves all 3 gravies. The Barkinara doesn’t mix very well, but 20 secs in the microwave does the trick. Thank you super gravy!!!

It gives my dogs a bit of variety in their diet. It has beneficial ingredients an they love the gravy.

My dog got spoiled by my kids and was getting to be picky and having horrible bowel movements but that’s all changed. His dislikes the Barkinara the most but likes all 3.

When I say picky, I mean PICKY. My pup is 13yo and has been on meds since he was 4yo. So, 365 days times 9 is roughly how long I've been dealing with how to give meds to him. That's if it is once a day. But, most times it's twice. I've had to come up with new ways. I'll give you an example of HOW picky he is. He doesn't even eat hot dogs! Cold? NO WAY! Microwaved? Na ah. Not even BBQ'd off the grill, smelling SO delicious! He walks away thinking there is a trick in it! No pill pockets. He sniffs and walks away. Peanut butter, yes but only doggy. BUT, I have to mix it in and force it in his mouth. And he eats it. BUT, I can't do that all the time everyday, twice a day because he gets loose stools. So, PB is only for pain meds or anxiety on as needed basis. So I feed him white chicken. But I can't just feed it to him just by itself because if he tastes even any sour tasting meds, he'd rather starve and NOT eat human...cooked...food. And no I can't give it to him in his mouth. When he was a puppy yes, but after he had back surgery at 4yo and later allergies, he got clever. You put a pill in the back of his throat and he forces himself to throw up. You put it towards the side, he froths so much that his beard becomes sticky and I find pieces of the meds in it. I've had SO many vets, vet techs throughout his years that if he gets only a little of the medicine, they are satisfied. Some people tell me, well at least he got some of it. Some?! His meds are expensive plus he NEEDS them. If he gets SOME then he doesn't get the full effect, so why even give SOME if SOME won't do the job. He needs ALL so the meds do their job. So, begins my life of how to make meds unnoticeable. I crush meds. Put them in the gravy topping, add some water, add some pieces of frozen chicken and microwave. Then I add some other toppings for different flavors. These gravy flavors were they first to come along that have worked. I get other toppings and sprinkle just like you would with salt or pepper. Like I said, he's picky. So if he thinks he's getting something different everyday, he's more prone to eat all of it and get the FULL benefit of ALL his meds. Which, in case you're wondering, I mix in between 2 to 6 meds depending on what he needs. But always at dinner, 2 meds is the minimum.

Don’t expect miracles, my 9 month old puppy just stopped eating his food like a pig and only eats when he’s starving at the end of the day (tried multiple high end brands). I thought this was the answer we needed but not so much. Paw Jus seemed to help a little (with science diet dry kibble) but he won’t touch the other flavors. I don’t really blame him, I gagged when I smelled them…goat milk really? Ick.

Uffda! My dogs both got the STINKIEST farts from this. My normal food topper/gravy was out of stock so I decided to give this a try. We've been using it twice a day for 2 weeks and their tummies cannot get used to it and they fart all day. I wanted to give it a fair shot as I know it can take dogs stomachs a minute to get used to new food. But man oh man is it awful. It smells like something died inside of them mixed with eggs. Worst smell ever. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend. I don't see the farts going away, if anything, they're getting more frequent/worse than when we first introduced this to them. I would like to say I introduced my original food topper the same way that I did this one, twice a day/daily, and they didn't have any shiny farts from that brand.

My dogs absolutely love this gravy. They are super picky eaters and have walked away from a lot of dog foods I tried. This gravy is helping them to eat dog food that they had tired of.
