Great Chair!
This chair is everything advertised. It has good adjust-ability, good long-term comfort, and it was not difficult to assemble.I am 5'10" @ 205 lbs. Primarily I use the chair to work and game. This means I can spend anywhere from 5 to 15 hours in the chair per-day. I am not a large guy, but I am not tiny either. The initial height of the back is good and provides a comfortable but not cushy support for your back / head. Add the height-adjustable neck pillow and you have the next level of comfort for long periods of time. The lumbar support is also adjustable (with a bit more work), and is a great option for supporting the curve of your lower spine. The seat, while not being soft, is modestly comfortable over long periods.I understand the need for support to prevent back problems so the firm seat cushion makes sense...I will look into a memory foam cover if the firmness becomes an issue. The arm-rests adjust front to back and side to side as well as up and down; I tend to push my mouse arm support further forward while gaming so this armrest setup is a blessing. The up/ down feature on the seat is pretty standard and works great; the casters seem to be high-quality and the wheels roll smooth and effortlessly. The chair looks nice, like an aircraft seat awaiting it's pilot.

Very comfortable
I have this chair for 1 month now. I work from home and use this as my office chair, so I'm in it 8-10 hours/day. I feel like it gives me good support and is comfortable throughout the day. I'd compare it to the high-end office chairs at my previous companies that are much more expensive.Pros:Cushion comfortAmount of adjustments - arm rest height, back recline, rocking stiffness, seat height, arm rest rotation (angled out, straight, angled in)Cons:Additional pillows for ergonomics took some breaking in - they are a bit thicker than was comfortable initiallySpring for rocking was stiff even at lowest setting initially, but got better with time

Most comfortable chair I've found for long periods of sitting
I work from home and this chair is exactly the type of chair I was looking for without breaking the bank. Assembly is relative straightforward (note- the bolts you need for assembly come already attached to the chair). When I received the chair, I thought the bolts were missing, but they were actually connected to the chair already. In terms of comfort, this chair is the most comfortable chair I've used and I have sat in $2,000+ ergonomic whatever types of chairs and this one blows those away. The key benefit of this chair is the back pillow. It is absolutely perfect. It allows my lower back to be supported without feeling too intrusive. The ease of adjusting the angle is another benefit and I like that the angle gets locked in so you can choose to lean back and recline if you'd like without losing your original seating angle. I do not use the head pillow so I can't comment on that. I found it was in the way more than it helped me.The only thing to note is it feels like there's something loose inside the base of the lever that allows the chair to recline. It makes the chair have a few millimeters of play or movement to it prior to the chair actually reclining. While this isn't a deal breaker or something most people will notice, it definitely was something I noticed. It's as if there's slightly too much play before the chair actually reclines and it simply feels loose and not tight. Not a big deal or something most people will notice, but it's something to point out. Would it stop me from buying this chair? Absolutely not, and I'm a perfectionist. $300 is a bargain for this thing.

I would have paid $500 for this chair
I researched Reddit and other sites for "best office chairs" and nearly everything suggested was over $700. I need the chair for 8+ hour work days but figured if anyone knows a good chair, it's gaming forums. Long story short, this chair was recommended quite a bit and it fit better in my budget.Day 1 Review:Received my chair in 3 business days (from Newedge U.S., had a weekend gap :\). It was packaged very well and the chair itself was nearly fully assembled. All you do is screw in the back, screw in the bottom, snap in the casters and a couple other pieces and you're done in under 20 minutes. The parts list doesn't show the bolts and washers for some reason, and a couple of their installation videos are not universal. If I were to compare it to building other chairs though, this one is near effortless.Immediate impression was "wow." Girlfriend sat in it, my dad sat in it, both reactions were that it's really comfortable. I went from a cheaper chair that was great, but not meant for long hours. After one full day of use, I literally went to my bedroom (I work from home) and then came back to work on some personal projects. What was stopping me before was discomfort from being in a cheaper chair all day.Final day one thoughts: This chair feels more comfortable than the $1000 one I use when I visit my office. That chair is perfect ergonomically, but this one is just as comfortable on my back with the added feature that I could honestly take a nap on it if I were to fully recline it.I want to list some cons but I genuinely can not think of any right now. I'll report back in a few weeks. The only thing I can say is to research specifications on each chair from DXRacer to make sure you get the right one. I'm 5'10'', 160 lbs and this one is goldilocks.. If (by a margin) you're taller or heavier, smaller or lighter, you may want to look at their other chairs.Final thoughts. Considering the prices of all the other chairs I saw (most priced well over $600) I would still have paid $500 for this one.Pics included, sorry for the mess :|

great chair, a biiiiit skinny for me
at 6 foot, and 240 lb athletic frame, it's a little bit skinny at shoulders. Shoulders are held a little bit in by the "wings"?.. still very comfortable, but might worth be upgrading to King size for similar builds.

Worth the hype
I should have paid closer attention to the exact model number I was buying. It's nothing against Amazon since the model number is listed I just had not realized there was also models with a nylon base and was disappointed upon first opening my box to see a nylon base instead of an aluminum one. Also I'm sure the wheels I have are meant for hard floors & I know they have other wheels.Everything is going to work out fine because I love the chair, it allows me to sit up straight and comfortably rest back without leaning back. The Option to recline is nice if you wanted to use this chair for watching a movie or gaming with a controller. The adjustable arm rests are a blessing you didn't even realize you wanted until you had it. Now your arms can sit comfortably wherever you like them.I was skeptical about spending $400 on a chair but it should actually be the very first piece anyone who spends more than 2 hours a day at a computer or desk should buy. My rig cost me $2400 to build but no matter how fast my computer is, it will have zero impact on my spine. Do yourself a favor and buy a nice chair FIRST. It doesn't have to be a DxRacer but I bought one and there is no way I'm returning it, in fact I might get another one for my Mom who works from home.

This chair really helped my back and posture. Makes gaming 100% better when comfortable.
Hi, I am about 5'7 and weighs about 130lbs ish. (average size)I thought the chair would be a lot bigger because its recommended for people who are 6feet.Personally think its great for anyone who's under 6feet in height.Building the chair was absolute fun and easy going !I've never felt so excited for a chair! If you're reading this, I highly recommend you to get one yourself !The extra cushions are alright, it's very uncomfortable at first, but apparently it helps your back due to ergonomic design buthonestly took off the lower back pillow off the chair.

Satisfait

Buy something else !
2+ years of everyday use :There are several ergonomic problems with this chair :1. The very unnatural "v" shape of the flat seat comes up underneath your legs and cuts the bloodflow to your feet. My feet are cold all the time. Also it eventually becomes permanantly uncomfortable, but you can't remove it, the cussion is made that way. I had to buy a triangular pillow that i put the opposite way to cancel out the angle in the cussion.2. I'm 5'10, the arm rests are no where near tall enough for me. At the tallest setting i need to slouch down to rest my arms on them. I had to buy TWO AND A HALF inch thick arm cussions to fix the problem.3. The head rest portion of the chair is unusable. The back is completely straight and the head part is bent even more forward, making it unusable to rest your head with or without the pillow.Do not buy this series of chairs if you intend to use yours everyday !
