Loved this item so much, bought 3 more for office and the kids room. The first one has lasted me two years easily. Easy to clean and the humidity set level is a nice addition. The humidity level control is pretty accurate, my humidity meters all match the set humidity level after 15 mins of running.

I wasn't sure I needed to spend this much on a humidifier, nor did I think I needed the large capacity. I am glad I chose it now. It is very easy to fill quickly by lifting the square to pour in water from a pitcher. I place my hand over the "pipe" opening inside to prevent splashes of water from going into the "exhaust". You can also pour in water without lifting off the square but you must pour slowly to avoid splashes. When filled to capacity, I can run the device at medium output for 3 nights (8 hrs each) without having to refill. The device is very quiet. It never disturbs my sleep. The mist is super-fine, it fills the room, it does not leave water droplets anywhere. Before falling asleep, I occasionally feel the mist land on my arms. Refreshing as a cool cloud. I have the unit resting on a teak shower stool on the opposite side of my queen size bed. On the first use, I thought it had a leak, but I had not lifted the unit properly. The Lago humidifier has a sleek look with a large tank, and just has quality all around.What I like:- Top fillable- Touch controls- Ability to turn off the LED- Humidity sensor- Sleep timer- QuietThis really is a great humidifier but there are a couple of things that adds up to one star taken off. The problems I have with this humidifier is the lack of finer control over the strength of the mist and the humidity preset. There is one button to control the strength of the mist but it only has three preset strengths. It means that even that the humidifier may still be too strong, depending on how big the room is. The automatic shutoff for humidity also has only three presets, the highest of which is 60%. If these two features had finer control, this humidifier would be perfect.Also, it's not really 360 degrees. The steam spout can certainly be turned in all directions, but it doesn't output steam in a in all directions at the same time as the description seems to suggest.Still, it happens to work well for my use. The lowest setting doesn't overwhelm my son's room and the sleep timer will shut the machine off in the morning.

Bought this August 2022 and as of November the display only shows 20 percent humidity. I use softened water and there is no mineral buildup in the machine. It spits a stream of humidity without cycling on and off any longer. I have four other humidifiers from another brand and they do not have any issues.*Edit* Amazon support gave my contact info for a Lago jewelry company. Same company that comes up when you search online. I do not believe this humidifier company exists. How do I submit a warranty claim?

Really like all the options. I place it next to the bed, not loud and I'm able to turn the light off for sleep mode. Just be cautious if you have a rambunctious animal at home. We had a dog run into it right after filling to the max and water was everywhere. But the dog ran right into it so no fault of the manufacturer. Great product. I'll probably order more for around the house.

This is a great humidifier! So quite you can’t hear a thing. I was really surprised how long the water lasted in this thing, my old humidifier only last 10-12 hours at most cause I ran it constantly and with running this one on level 2 and max humidity constantly it gets a good 24 hours! So happy with it! There is also 3 different ways to fill it but I find the 2nd way easiest, take off the lid and fill it up with something else like a pitcher ….. it’s easiest to see the max fill line and your not lugging around the tank. Just don’t get it in the middle plastic tubing. The only flaw I see is that it doesn’t save your settings when you turn it off to fill it like my old one did. Other than that it’s great.

this product is fantastic. Best ever, cannot recommend enough. the cool mist is great. holds lots of water. can add ice to make cooler. large amount of mist. can do a big room. works so well if i lived in high altitude or desert climate would have one in every room. cannot say enough good things. get this you wil be so pleased. Highly recommend.

This is so easy to clean and so quiet. So happy with this unit.
