I love this product idea! it is great to have an all round hand/finger dexterity and strength tool in one mould. I am an osteopathy student and have become increasingly interested in how the extremities function impacts the whole kinetic chain and how CNS intent of the fingers impacts on muscle synergy. This product seems well moulded and I'm sure the material may perish over time with sweat and being washed for hygiene reasons but that is to be expected with rubber/elastic materials being used for this purpose. overall I would definitely recommend this product and will be using them with my future clients/patients as well as for myself.

As discribed and does the job. Was purchased to exercise the end joint of the finger after an operation. The red one is stronger than the other so good to start with one and work up to the other. It feels like if stored away properly between uses it will last a long time. The delivery was quick.

Bought to try to strengthen weak hands but they are too difficult for me to use. Even the green easy one is too hard - amber and red are really tough. I guess if you were a strong person trying to get stronger they may be OK but for older weak hands they don't work.

Bit tricky to put on fingers and keep on but does the job

Initially I was a bit hesitant in purchasing this product , when I did receive it , I noted that it was made of good material , it helped increase my strength in my hands , fingers and my forearms . I then decided to purchase a second pair . I CERTAINLY CANNOT FIND ANY FAULTS IN THIS ITEM .The product was well presented and packed.

Good quality product which I think is unlikely to break. I found it very hard to use as my grip is really weak so I don't believe I'll ever use the harder one of the two exercisers. Would have preferred one of the Exercisers to be a lot easier to use. I think the product is best suited to someone who is already quite strong and wants to improve their strength.

Very happy with this purchase. I bought two ... one for myself and one for a friend. They are so good for exercising and strenthening the fingers, thumbs and wrists. Really useful as we get a bit older to maintain that strength, flexibility and dexterity. Two items in the box ... different colours ... one is a little easier than the other ... so you can gradually build up your strength. Also included is a card with six exercises on so that you can get the most out of the item. I would highly recommend them. And they arrived super quick too!! Very happy. Thank you!

I bought these hand exercisers to help with my piano playing. I have smallhands and can barely reach an octave, so hope that they will help strengthen and stretch my hands. I've been using them in an evening when we watch our tv program and I can really feel the difference already. I can also feel that the muscles in my forearm have got significantly stronger, which is a bonus. The stretchers feel real quality rubber and fit in the hand nicely. I don't always stick to what you're supposed to do, you can just make up your own exercises to strengthen where you feel you need it. Very glad I picked this make.
