I wanted to update my review and talk about what amazing customer service they have. They were extremely responsive and quick with help. Probably one of the better customer service experiences I’ve had on Amazon.I purchased this to hold a couple extra pillows and a blanket beside the couch. The size is perfect and it seems durable, but I just cannot get it into a decent shape. It came folded in the box and it won’t return to a round shape even though it’s been sitting out. I tried stuffing it, but it’s still just oddly shaped and bothers me. I’ll probably stuff it in a closet for storage.

This is surprisingly sturdy! My three year old likes to climb inside of it, insist that he is laundry, and ask to be carried around. Obviously an off-label use! But the handles are still nicely attached and it has held shape well. It likely helps that the handles are sewn onto the full length of the basket, not just attached at the top.Handy to fill up with blankets, pillows etc for a quick tidy. This size holds quite a few items. Wish it came in more color options, but it’s a fine neutral subtle two tone.

This cotton container is just too huge for my needs. Make sure you need something this large. It will only keep its shape if stuffed full of something, like towels or blankets. I wanted to use it for shoes and it just collapses in on all sides. I returned it

Classic but modern with a consistent soft texture and pattern on all 4 we purchased. Constructed with strong materials eg, thread and rope, but appears natural and rustic as well, almost straightline quilted. Would go well in any relaxed venue. Used it for a big load of laundry and so far the handles held up, but can't say for sure. Worth the price.
