I liked this very much. I was looking for an alternative for Hot Mustard, so I gave this a try.It is a little sweeter than hot mustards, darker in color, and has a very faint bitterness, all of which I liked.I would advise a little caution - use it sparingly, a little imparts a lot of flavor, and my first few tastings used too much, and the horseradish provoked some most amusing sensations in my sinus.Not sure there is actually horseradish in the product, it isn't listed among the ingredients (unless I missed it) but it does list Allyl Isothiocyanate - which is the compound in horseradish and onions that gives that olfactory blast.I may not use it in the way intended - I put it on cheese, salami, and stuff like that. Going to have to cook up a bowl of noodles with green onions and egg and try it on that.Worth a try if you enjoy hot stuff.

It is not overly spicy and has a pleasant aroma. If looking for more of a spicy mustard this one's not for you though. I was looking for a light mustard and this was great for me.
