Nice quality, action feels smooth. The installation can be a little tricky, not the fault of the product, but you do need to make a few more holes in the door, and getting them all lined up nice takes some work. Operation is easy too.

Last time the wife will ever call a locksmith for being locked out. Can't be picked. Push wrong button you never get in. As a plus the kids can get in without losing their keys at school.

Hi. This locking and keyless door handle is pretty good, and it comes with everything you’ll need to make it fit when replacing an existing door lock. I had to take mine apart since it had a few issues, but I think I might’ve received a used refurbished unit. I got it to work fine but found a few issues that could be a problem for the average DIYer. I used mine for the door between the kitchen and the garage so weather won’t be an issue. And I like the fact that there are no electronics or batteries to deal with. Only time will tell but, so far, I like it. UPDATE after a couple of months of use... I LOVE IT! It has worked flawlessly and it’s easy to use. Once you get past setting the code up and the installation you’re good to go. If you want to lock it you simply flick either handle up and that’s it. If the lock is on and you open the door from inside the house and close it it remains locked. You have to unlock by entering the access code from the panel. At this point it remains unlocked until you pull either handle upwards again. It takes a minute to figure out but after that it’s very easy to operate. Again, mine is not exposed to the elements so I am not sure how it would fare when exposed to rain, for example, but for my purpose of securing the door between the garage and kitchen it’s been the perfect solution. I really wanted to shout praises on this door handle. I shot a ton of video to do a comprehensive review on this. For the price, it's elegant, feature-packed and very thoughtfully designed. However, in just seven months, it's stopped working altogether. I believe the problem lies in the inner handle where the batteries are because the outside will light up and function if I plug in a USB power source. I'm hoping this review will cause the seller to reach out. If it's a fluke, I'd hope they stand behind it. I'll follow through to let you all know.

I wanted a coded entry set that didn't need a power source. It is for an exterior garage door. I really like the look and it works great. I'm thrilled with what I got. It is a very solid product.
