I received the 160 calorie version. I'm bad with self control which is why I impulse purchased these. They're so delicious that I ended up drinking all of them within 24 hours, and I had purchased 3 packs so 12 bottles...The problem is they're so delicious that it's very difficult to stop drinking them, at least for me because I'm a food and caffeine addict. I usually drink my coffee black and even then I practically chug it.It tastes sweet even though it's super low carb. But the high fat and fake sugar really makes it taste good. One thing I noticed is that just two of these has me feeling pretty full, and that's only 320 calories. Actually, I feel borderline nauseous after drinking three. I think it's the combo of caffeine, milk, fake sugar, and protein powder bombarding my stomach at once, it's a lot to handle.But I feel tired after drinking them instead of energized. Probably because my body is desperately trying to figure how to digest such an unlikely cocktail. Then after lying down I feel okay. I think it's just too much stuff framed into one drink.By the way. It does have that unpleasant after taste that fake sugar always has. But I don't notice that until after thoroughly enjoying the entire bottleit's really rich and good. Worth trying for people who have self control.For me, I'll go back to making protein shakes and black coffee as needed. It's cheaper and easier to moderate my intake.

These are my favorite breakfast shake. They taste like coffee and give me a little caffeine while also giving me the protein. I need to hold me over till a bunch. They’re a perfect supplement before or after a workout no carbs and the texture is perfect without an after taste

Love the Atkins shakes and this is one of my favorites. It’s very hard to find in stores so it’s always on the top of my list to order. To me it’s very filling, and it doesn’t bother my gut like some other protein shakes seem to do. Love its high in protein and low in sugar. Truly tastes or tastes better than a normal ice coffee you buy in stores.
