BonaPremium Microfibre Floor Mop

This is my 2nd set of 2 Mops as I have both wooden floor and laminate/stone floor. Both sets develop the same problem with the spray function after only about 5-6 use. I've always liked Bona mops especially the original one but it has a flaw of the catridge being sucked in due to air pressure so when I saw this new design, I jumped at the chance but then now they have this spray stuck problem which is very frustrating.I'm now out of the 30 days period, not sure if I can return.Avoid this "premium" mop at all cost!!!Update: I've found a "fix" for the spray problem: I notice everytime I reseat the container, air bubble let in and spray would work for 1 or 2 sprays then needing another reseat. I thought it may be related to air pressure since the new design has a harden container unlike the previous version where the softer bottle got squeezed in so I loosen the cap (had to use a pair of pliers) and retighten it by hand, leave it slightly loose so that the air can get in after each spray and voilà, it works for BOTH of my mops.Hope it helps.

I’ve used Bona spray mops for around 10 years but the latest design is flawed and does not work properly.The first one that arrived did not ‘hold’ the bottle dispenser in place and the only way to get it to work was to keep pushing the bottle down manually every 2-3 sprays, effectively doubling your cleaning time. Sent it back and received a replacement without issue. The second one was fine for about 10 uses, then developed exactly the same fault!Thanks to Amazon’s excellent customer service, I have secured a full refund and I greatly hope Bona redesign their mop system rapidly for the sake of their customers. I, for one, will be buying a different brand.

I liked this at first once I'd worked out how to fill the dispenser. (I had to search on YouTube as the instructions were useless). Now, unfortunately, the dispenser isn't sitting properly in the holder and so I have to push it down firmly to enable it to squirt out cleaning fluid. Most disappointing

I love this product. Really easy to use and both the tiled and wooden floors always look superb. Best product I have found for wood floors. However, three months down the line and the spray was not working rendering the mop useless. I spoke with Bona. Customer services have been very helpful. There was a batch of cartridges which were faulty. After submitting my invoice the new cartridges were dispatched and my floors are once again looking good.

I am incredibly happy to find this product. My wooden floor feels and looks so clean. I bought the wood floor polish too.We are amazed at how the floor becomes so shiny.After I read the different reviews, regarding how the spray got damaged quickly. I store it separately from the rest of the cleaning stuff and alone.I use Mop Broom Holder Heavy Duty ( you can find it here), to avoid it to fell and being damaged. I use it often, and so far no problem.
