I dont care for the applicators. Each side has a long, clear super flexible tab. These are applicators. Twist that side of the duo to get the product to come up into these applicators. It takes a lot of priming to make this happen. I have sent some of this stuff flying across my bathroom. Maybe you will have better control, but I either get very little out (and it takes awhile), or too much comes out and it is a waste. Maybe with more practice I will get this figured out.OK, so here is what it is, and I listed some benefits as well as the ingredient list for both portions of this duo product. My rating is an early impression of 3. I normally love 111Skin products, so I hope I like this more over time, but it does need time. So I will be back to update if I note that it is indeed plumping my lips.It is a two sided pen.--Side/step 1 (labeled) has the white primer/mask which "aids to naturally encourage the production of collagen and hyaluronic acid in the lips". Add just a little, let it absorb and set, then use the other side.--Side/Step 2 (labeled) "seals the formula and helps to stimulate microcirculation". The cream is pink, and it lends a glossy look with a hint of fair pink color. Not minty or hot. Usually plumpers increase microcirculation through agitation (hence mint, or pepper). This uses peptides, Konjac and HA.Lips feel smooth and soft, and juicy. Not sure when or if a more plumped look will happen. 111SKIN HARLEY ST. LONDON Meso Infusion Lip DuoI have to say that this duo lip oil and balm with tint feels wonderful on my super dry lips works as a volume enhancer. It also feels amazing. It kept my lips moisturized for most of the day but the price is overwhelming for this product. You get 4 MLs total and it looks like you use 0.1 ml per application which is about 3.50 each time you use the oil and the balm. I did notice that this adds a bit of volume up your lips a bit and there is a tingling sensation when first applied. The oil is a bit sticky and the balm gives your lips a slight pink tint while sealing in the oil. My lips feel wonderful after using this and there is no rebound dryness.The packaging is super frustrating at first since you need to twist and twist and twist - yep keep twisting the top until you start to see the product appear on the silicone tip. Be careful with this since if you twist too much, it just squirts out and you can lose product.Directions:Apply the Meso Infusion Lip mask to clean, dry lips and allow it to penetrate. Sometimes I think my lips get more dry in the summer than they do in the cold New England winters. I thought perhaps this would help keep my lips in good shape while also plumping them up a little bit. That is why I requested this from Vine. This review is for: 111SKIN HARLEY ST. LONDON Meso Infusion Lip Duo 4ml/ 0.13fl.oz.First off, right out of the box, I do not care for this applicator. There are thing plastic strips protruding from each end of this stick. Both ends twist around and then, eventually, product comes out. It took a long time-so much time twisting, that I thought I got a defective product. Finally though, I did get it to work though I still find the plastic strips rather clunky.Moving on, one end of this applies a whitish-balm that tingles upon application. I think this is where the plumping happens. After a minute or so I applied the other end to my lips. This side is more of a balm type of cream that moisturizes and calms. I didn't notice a huge amount of plumping, but it definitely provided a little more oomph to my lips.Overall, I am happy with this product, once I got it to working. I think the packaging should tell you that it takes a lot of twisting to get the product to come out, because I really did think this was a defective applicator at first.

I have a few 111Skin products and have generally really enjoyed them. I was excited to try this new lip duo and had assumed it would be a typical "plumping" type product which I generally do not like.This has 2 ends which are both labeled so you know which to do first and last. It takes a bit of time to crank the product out but eventually you will see the product coming through the clear applicators. I think the delivery is a little clunky and sometimes it takes a million clicks to come through, and sometimes just one but then it pushes a ton of product out.Step #1is like a mask of sort, it is an opaque white that goes on clear and almost has a sort of light numbing effect. I think this step helps to smooth and lightly plump without any of that burning sensation. Step #2 is more like a balm that hydrates the lips.I really like using this product and when I wear a bold lip, I like to prep my lips with just step #1 because I think it preps my lips for smooth color. I've been keeping this in my purse and have been using it daily. I am impressed so far.

Somewhat pricey since I don't see this is any better at plumping or moisturizing than others that cost less. Twist twist and twist some more to get this out of the tube. It's a very pretty shade of pink though.
