It's what you would expect. It built well and the materials don't feel cheap. The chair is comfortable and the reclining features work flawlessly and smoothly. Assembly was easy and the Alan Wrench needed is provided with the chair.The only real con's, the leg/foot rest is rather short, not providing much for someone taller (I am not even that tall at 5'9"). I also wish that the arm rests had adjustable height, with a taller desk I find my self not able to use them while I am actively gaming.

Very easy to assemble. Almost all the bolts are already installed where they need to end up. You just remove them (with the provided Allen wrench) and bolt them back in after placing the piece where they belong. Took me somewhere between 40-50 minutes to fully set up with taking my time. I also skipped installing the armrests because I will also be using this chair to play guitar at my computer with Rocksmith.As for the quality, it's pretty good. It's most likely not real leather but for the price it's also not uncomfortable material. Haven't used the footrest for any extended period but seems sturdy enough.

Great features, but a few things just make it a bit less functional. I didn't have any problems with the leg rest, in fact I love it. I use it more as a foot rest and with my knees up. It does feel a little fragile, and is only secured by a tiny screw, which I quickly lost. I've had to reattach the leg rest several times. The neck pillow is nice, except it needs constant readjustment as it just hangs in place. It would be nice if the arem rests moved. Up and down, or side to side. They are a little too high and wide for my comfort. Also, it doesn't roll great. All in all, a good chair. Worth the price, but definitely could use a couple improvements.

At first this chair seemed fine. There were a few small things that felt a little off, but that was fine at the beginning. Over time, I realized it wasn't just a few things. Everything was just not quite right.The height: at it's highest it's too low. It ranges from the height of a chair meant for an elementary school student and a middle school student. It's almost high enough, but not quite.Ergonomics: Terrible. Over time the chair forces you into a weird, hunched position. The seat of the chair is just too large and the place for the neck pillow is just not quite right.The arms: Totally non adjustable, and felt cheap/flimsy.The back: Without constantly re tightening the bolts in the back, the back will slowly drift either to the left or right which puts you in a strange angled position.For it's price it may be fine, but this chair ended up being extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend it.

The chair was very easy to assemble and it’s comfortable. The only thing is that it came with a tear on the left side where is noticeable, which is a bummer. Other than that, it’s a really good chair so far.

Loved chair but didnt last long at all. Mechanics on it broke and no replacement parts avail. Waste of a perfectly good chair had to throw out.

So far great product! The only thing that was a bit hard and I gave up on was the tiny screw that goes I to the foot rest couldn’t get it to tighten up I side. ( It’s there to ensure you don’t pull out the whole foot rest)And there was a bend in the metal part that attaches to bottom of chair but was able to bend it back enough to secure the chair.

This purchase came 2 days earlier than expected (5 day delivery, came on day 3). It's a very comfortable gaming chair my son purchased with his extra money. The only negative I would have is he's rather tall and the headrest doesn't fit to his liking. It's also somewhat narrow (he's a big guy) but truly, none of that warrants anything less than a five star rating. It was a great purchase!
