Are these flush against the outlet and hard for even the adults to take off? I have a toddler that can pick at things.

It is pretty hard to take off, I had to use my nails for doing so. Though it may depend on the outlet size, wide or tight

Yes it does and they are big enough to cover grounded and gfi outlets

How long can it be used?

Once the child proofing is no longer needed , the little "leverlike" lock can be pressed down to disengage the locking mechanism and the cabinets resume normal operation. Just leave the little round magnet openers where you installed them until next time when childproofing is needed. So it can be used for quite a whille .... Read the instructions that came with the box.

Great socket protectors for toddlers.

Super easy to use for these outlet covers. Great value and they fit easily into all sockets. Easy for me to remove, my 14 month old can’t figure it out yet. They are light and nice and clear.

Fantastic, easy for parents but too hard for kids. We take them on trips to fill in in hotel rooms etc. awesome to have such a large pack of them.
