With ballast or xenon bulbs, the high current is reduced. A relay acts as an on/off switch.This ensures that you\'re not over-loading your harness. Plug the harness into one side of your vehicle's factory harness that normally attaches to your headlights. 2. Connect the relay to the harness plug. 3. Connect all the black wires to a ground (body of vehicle). 4. Connect the red wires to the positive side of the battery. 5. Attach to the headlights, or if using HID, attach to your ballast.
