Zona Alfa: Salvage and Survival in the Exclusion Zone

Wer Metro oder STALKER mag, wird diesen Skirmisher lieben! Abseits der üblichen Systeme im Tabletop bietet "Zona Alfa" eine Mischung aus Necromunda und Postapokalypse, gefangen in einem düsteren strahlend-schaurigem Setting. Kurz und knapp sins die Regeln gehalten, ein D10 System wird für Skilltests benötigt. 3 "Erfahrungsstufen" lassen Raum von blutigem Anfänger bis zum knallhartem Profi. Hier ist der Vorteil dass die Erfahrung sich in Aktionen pro Runde niederschlägt, d.h. der Erfahrene kann 3 Aktionen je Runde machen, (Schießen, Bewegung, Skill...) während der Rookie eine Aktion hat. Dazu gibt es noch Ausrüstungsslots die zB Granaten und ein Medkit dann zum mitnehmen "freischalten" doch Vorsicht, hier wird in der Sperrzone gesucht, meist im Team zwischen 3-8 Miniaturen. Von Figurenseite ist man "Osprey-typsich" nicht gebunden, d.h von Infinity bis Warhammer geht alles (WYSIWYG) der Skirmisher hat einen unglaublich atmosphärischeen Reiz und eine bis jetzt spannende Kampagne. Doch Vorsicht, ein Teil der Beute muss immer für Nachschub oder seine Fraktion als "Obulus" abgezogen werden. Fazit: Für den Preis findet man ein schlankes und sehr atmosphärisches Regelwerk mit durchegehend vollfarbigen Illustrationen und genügend "Input" um mal dort auf die "Jagd" zu gehen!

Zona Alfa: This rule system is really versatile and can be treated as a tool kit for a wide verity of skirmish settings, go nuts use your imagination, great for beginners and enough for seasoned gamers, quick and easy to learn, you will have it down after a couple of read through's and a few tabletop turns. I'm normally a D&D DM, but over the last thirty odd years I have played many many table top games from Battletech and Shadowrun to Rifts, Warhammer Fantasy and 40K, ending up with Starfinder and D&D. When I am not playing D&D I was looking for a sci-fi or contemporary game that I could play with a buddy. I could do Mordheim, but I didn't want more Fantasy. I started down the Starfinder route, but it's so big, I wanted something easier and faster than that. I saw Zona Alpha mentioned somewhere, and was intrigued. I saw the reference to the novel Road Side Picnic and read that, gobbling it up in one road trip on audible. I ordered the game from my Hotel room, and was playing with fantasy minis as stand ins as soon as I got the game just a couple days later. Now I am a patreon for a 3d mini making company (Anvil Industries) just so I can get good minis for the game, and am constantly making terrain and prining minis for paint. The game it's self is easy to learn, fast and fun. It's as complicated as you want to make it. There is soe room for improvement, and the ability to play player vs player vs enemy or 2 player co-op vs enemy is a blast. You can also play it solo, but I have yet to do so. For established gamers, this game is the cost of a model or two. Check it out and let it be that fun game you play when you're not playing your main game. Alternatively, make it your main game, and have a blast... Me, I'm still trying to decide 28mm or 15 mm... LoL

Excellent book overall. Simply and directly written rules, and not bogged down with tons of traits/options. The art is excellent throughout, well produced and sets the tone very well. The author is incredibly approachable and runs a Facebook group dedicated to the game, which is very lively and inspiring. Another excellent addition to Osprey's wargame books.

Excelente jogo de Skirmish, miniaturas de outros jogos como Star Wars :Legion ou Infinity são compatíveis com o jogo. Livro escrito totalmente em inglês mas fácil entendimento, as regras não são tão complicadas. Partidas são divertidas tanto em solo como para 2 jogadores.
