Great value for money
I found it quite tricky to set up, but youtube came to the rescue. Once set up and calibrated, it connects to Zwift via Bluetooth and works very well. The resistance of the roller adjusts to the virtual road you are riding on and I have not had any slipping so far. I have been using it for about a month now and have been very pleased with how it has performed. I am sure a direct drive system would be better, but for around £200 I am very happy with my purchase.

Very impressed.
Out of the box it's very well constructed, very heavy and sturdy, the quality is impressive. Initially it seemed easy to set up, it's not! It really isn't. And here's why, firstly the supplied instructions are worse than useless. Then when you've watched the manufacturer's YouTube you end up even more confused than when you started. Firstly the toaster (roller) has 2 slots to mount it to the frame, depending on your wheel size. Secondly at the top of the wooden legs there's black spacers and a further 2 in the box. Now depending on your wheel and frame size, you've got to use trial & error to work out which configuration suits your bike best. The instructions don't make this clear. However once assembled and fitted to the bike, it works really well. Incredibly easy to connect to your Android phone, front there you can pair it to zwift or whichever your preferred app. It's an excellent bit of kit, just a pain to assemble.

Check the parts before setup
Hi, I spent several hours setting this up and getting it registered (the website is crap and doesn't work on an Android phone) only to then find I had not been sent a UK power adapter. Instead, I got 1 US insert & 2 Australia power inserts. I tried raising a support request with Elite, but their support website would not alloiw me to create a ticket as apparently the serial number was invalid even though I had been able to register the item for warranty an hour beforehand. Amazon are replacing the item but it has been a very frustrating process so far. I look forward to spending the afternoon repacking the darned thing. Not impressed with the attention to detail with the item and Elite post-sales support.

Spot On
Spot on this, works really well, not too loud and is taking my training up another level. Bargain of a price too

I don't normally review items, however one reviewer said that it wore out his tire in 20 miles. I don't know how that would be possible if it was operating at all. If the roller/flywheel wasn't turning that might cause tire wear. I've used this quite a lot miles and see no wear at all on the tire. In any case this unit works well, seems exceptionally well built, and I'm having a wonderful time with it. By the way I'm 77, ride either using this trainer, or outdoors at least 30 minutes a day and enjoy exploring the world through Rouvy using it.

The worst smart trainer I've ever tried. Don't buy it... I don't return it because I broke the box because of anger... the sync doesn't work, the data is not on time... you actually get what you pay for... poor quality

Quiet, compact and seems To work very well with Zwift. Only problem is it won’t calibrate which kinda defeats the purpose of having a “smart” trainer.

I used the Elite Tuo for about 3 weeks and ultimately ended up returning it. The signal would drop (when paired to Swift) constantly (no - it's not my internet). It also wouldn't calibrate with the Elite app. In the last week I started to hear a loud noise. I've since gotten the Wahoo Kickr Snap and have none of the issues I had with Elite Tuo.
