Branding issue
The media could not be loaded. I am not at all understanding why they are mentioning the brand name on website but when we receive our parcel we got it loke this no where their brand name seems as local it's not at all fair trade

Warning-exceedingly fragile!
This product arrives in a lovely box with the item beautifully waiting inside for use. I loved the way it fitted and felt in my hand and couldn’t wait to try it. I took it in the bathroom to wash it first with soap and water and it slipped from my hands to fall 3 inches into the sink where it shattered into a dozen pieces. I had high hopes for it, but it is beyond fragile. At first I thought to immediate reorder one as it’s not costly however I opted to buy a trio of tools in stainless steel instead that (1) will be easy to clean and (2) cannot break so incredibly easy.
