These work exhalent when you have a hard time breathing.

I've tried em all and like this one best.
Fits good and stays on and is easy to remove without taking your skin off with it.

Heat melts the glue
Once I figured out how to get them to stay on properly I realized that at night one side was coming off. Just the heat of my body and the glue releases. Then in the morning you must use hot water to release the rest of the glue or else it’ll be on your nose all day.
