Estee Lauder Aliage Sport Eau De Parfum Spray 1.7 Oz (new Gold Packaging)

I read the reviews, some good and some not so good. The main complaint was that it didn't smell like Aliage of old. Your body chemistry changes as you age, and no scent will smell the same on you as it did when you were 30 years younger. With that said, it starts out a bit strong and then settles into a lovely scent. I wore it 20 years ago, and though I remember it a bit differently, it did not disappoint. I love it!

I discovered Aliage when I was in college back in the early 1970's. Aliage has a very fresh, light scent with woodsy notes and floral tones. I cannot even guesstimate how many times through these many years I've had friends and complete strangers compliment me. It is my signature scent and I will never stray from using Aliage. Estee Lauder used to have gift packages with Aliage Dusting Powder, and a purse-sized spray. I'm very sorry Lauder stopped selling them quite a few years ago. I just wish I had a dollar for every compliment I have received through all these years! I've heard that Lauder has lightened the scent through the years. I think that may be true. I just know lots of other perfumes have come and gone, but Aliage, (thankfully), is still here!

My mom has been wanting this perfume for forever, but they don't sell it at most retailers anymore. This one smells just like the stuff we would buy at Nordstrom. It is a stronger smell, but a delightful smell.

This is my wife's favorite every day perfume! She loves the citrus sporty sent. It's gotten hard to find in local stores, so I'm thrilled I can get it from Amazon. I can order it and have it delivered to a locker at the Rite-Aid up the street to keep it a surprise.

I ordered this bottle of Aliage fragrance after finding an old bottle in my linen closet. It was almost empty and I spritzed some on and went out. I got so many compliments that I figured I had better purchase another bottle. I found this on Amazon at a very good price, better than the other fragrance websites and ordered it. It arrived, well packaged and it is the same wonderful Aliage I have always loved. Excellent transaction, all around!

I've been wearing Aliage for almost 50 years so obviously not a fan 😄. Yes it's kind of old school but I'm ok with that cuz I hate floral perfumes & this is as close to Jean Nate as you can find (my mother wore Jean Nate & I loved that smell). The only thing I hate is that Estee Lauder no longer keeps it out so you don't know they carry it (gotta ask the salespeople if they still sell it). Hopefully they continue to sell it for us dinosaurs who've been die hard fans all these years

Very much alcohol based, not at all as I recall it smelling like- hard to find a real perfume through Amazon.

Has the same beautiful sporty smell. Have worn it since it came out in the 70's (yep I'm that old and it cost $12.50 for the same size bottle) and it is the scent that I am known for. Estee no longer sells it :-( so when I found out Amazon does I bought it right away. I wear this cologne for me. I love how it smells on me...it's like no other.
