What is Sodium content per tablespoon? I can’t read label

Although the sticker on the packaging says white miso, it is not. It's not peanut butter colored like the picture, it's dark reddish brown. ?????

It is White Miso. The term "White" is misleading. It does not refer to the color of the miso. White Miso: This miso is made from soybeans that have been fermented with a large percentage of rice. Yellow Miso: Yellow miso is usually made from soybeans that have been fermented with barley and sometimes a small percentage of rice. Red Miso: This is also typically made from soybeans fermented with barley or other grains, though with a higher percentage of soybeans and/or a longer fermentation period. The darkening color of miso is caused by the 'maillard reaction,' which occurs when amino acids from soybeans chemically react with sugar and turn brown. That’s because miso is alive, and it continues to ferment, albeit very slowly. However, darkening of the color occurs rapidly especially in a warm environment. It does not pose any food safety threat.
