Solid rock of colored sugar AND not returnable!
I would give this ZERO stars but had to select at least one. Received a solid rock of colored sugar instead of cotton candy. AND it's not returnable! How can a DEFECTIVE food item not be returnable? Hugely disappointed as it was for a birthday party and I'm now out money.

BUMMED BEYOND BELIEF 😭
I bought this as a gift and was sad to hear it was delivered like this! The container looks to have a cracked lid and the candy shriveled into an inedible lump. I tried to click the return option so I could get my niece a new one for her birthday, and it’s ineligible for return… I’m really bummed as this was meant as a gift.

All dried up and unreturnable
Sadly following suit with all the other stories, read these reviews, they matter. All dried up, no option to replace though now after reading the reviews I wouldn’t want more product that is unusable.

Product was opened and hardened
The containers lids were not on them and the cotton candy was hard as a rock I assume from the lids not being placed on them. It looked like someone ran over the package
