They are perfect! In order to get them to glow you ...
I purchased these to throw at a Mardi Gras parade this weekend. I was skeptical about ordering this because the reviews were mixed but decided to give it a try. They are perfect! In order to get them to glow you must place them in NATURAL SUNLIGHT for about 30 minutes otherwise they will not glow. Definitely would reorder these! Photo attached...sorry the balls are still in the bag that they were shipped in

Instant magic! Just add blacklight
These don't hold their glow very well on their own -- probably because they're really cheap little bouncy balls -- but if you hang a blacklight or two close to a trampoline and add three happy kids, a blue man group album, and the ENTIRE package of 144 balls, this is an experience that redefines epic. (It has to be a real fluorescent blacklight, though, not one of those crappy bulbs that do nothing but add darkness and disappointment to an innocent child's life)

small and without glow
Who do these glow in the dark for? Maybe if you hit them with a spot light? Also, they're SMALLLLL. The photo may seem cool, but they're not. Feels/smells cheap. Balls are translucent, not solid. Regretful purchase.

A lot of toys for a reasonable price.
Some of the balls were either cracked or incomplete. Still, a good value for the low price.

These are round, they bounce and they glow
These are round, they bounce and they glow: the trifecta for making any kid smile. The colors are bright and they glow very well. I use these in a pinball machine which was designed for gumballs, but 27mm bouncy balls are the same size so these work great. Anyone who comes to my house and plays pinball loves getting one of these if they win. They don't smell and there is no oily residue. Will be getting many more of these again.

Could be better
These bouncy balls had some bits of dark discoloration in them like something had gotten in the mix when they were being poured into the mould. And they were a bit rough around the seam. They don't hold a glow for very long after they are put under a light. But I gave them out at Halloween anyway, displaying them under a black light to really bring out the glow. I'll probably shop around for better ones next year.

It Bounces and Glows, what more do you want?
I got these for Halloween treats and I am very excited. My 2-1/2 year old and I just tested a couple out and they are super fun and bounce well on the driveway. He won't be allowed to play with one without supervision. Definite choking hazard size like the product description says. They are the size of a medium-large gumball and bright neon colors. After having them out of the shipping container about 15 minutes we went in the closet with them and they all glow. The green and yellow glow very bright. The orange and the pink clearly glow (I separated a couple from the bag and while I couldn't even see my hand in the closet, I could see the balls) but it is a softer pale orange glow. I tried to take a picture for you guys but my camera and/or picture taking abilities weren't up to par. These balls definitely do the trick and what I expected for the price. If you want to get picky, these balls have visible seams that look a little roughed up, and a few balls look they have roughness on areas other than the seam. But it doesn't change the bounce. My big complaint making them 4 stars instead of 5 is they have a slimy coating on them, and it seems like there's a little dirt in the bag with the balls. It's pretty icky. It feels like a manufacturing residue. I'll accept a ball that's not top quality for 11 or 12 cents each but manufacturing oils and dirt is gross. I thought about putting them at 3 stars for this but I'll be generous. My hands feel icky after touching them (as I just counted the bag because I couldn't believe there could be 144 in that bag but there were). Washing them with dishsoap seems to do the trick. Now, I will comment on my use of them as a halloween goodie: I am a little concerned they look a lot like candy. And they even smell a little like they could be candy. I'm afraid a 5 year old might think it's a gumball before their parent goes through the bag. I'm not sure how to handle this. Make sure I say they are balls when I hand them out? I'll figure something out.Overall a good little toys. I would even say educational because they are fantastic for learning coordination.

only glow with blacklight
The only way they glow is under blacklight. It was a cool addition to my daughter's glow in the dark dance party. Kids bounced them all over the room, they made a mess but it looked cool as they glow under blacklight. I will recommend for older kids because they are pretty small.
