Does the 3.4 ounce bottle have a spray nozzle..? Also, is this authentic.. I don't want a fake..

If your bot sure if its authentic, typically the box and the bottle will have a batch code. You can go to checkcosmetic.net and choose feagrance house and enter the batch code and it will give you the date it was manufactured along with its expiration and even gives a check mark with remaining months to use. Or it will not be recognized by the search system.

How long should the scent last on fabric? How about on clean skin? I bought one and I've applied 3 x because it wears off after 2 hours...

people tend to go nose blind to anything after time, just because you no longer smell it doesn't mean it's gone. With that being said, I'd say at least six hours.

Below the price it says "There is a newer version of this item". Is it a new, different, or modified scent? And is this "better" than the original?

Smaller , or bigger more then likely

Huele muy bien, sin embargo es cuestión personal, algo amaderado, con pimienta, fija todo el día.
