First off its worth the money !!! I had to add washers to keep the bolts from the wheels from going clear through top. Had to tighten the racks rails and realign. When/If you order this just be patient and make it work. With some TLC and maybe a few purchased washers, it'll be better than anyone fine. Make sure the wheels with the looks are on the same side. Considering racks this size sell for $500+ I couldn't be happier myself. I would recommend it. Someone who is mechanically inclined can turn this into a very nice rack !!! first off the external latches protrude out from the case and will get caught on any and everything, that alone makes this case worthless. Next when installing my first piece of equipment I discovered that the right rail is not in line/level with the left rail in fact it's too low and my first rack unit (a power supply) will not fit, that is to say the screw holes do not line up. But wait there's more, the hardware used to attach the rails arrived loose and shows no sign of any thread locker being used, one of the bolts used at the bottom of a rail arrived and cannot be tightened because it is already stripped. So yeah unfortunately this thing is a piece of junk!

Excellent product for the price. Its solid and built like a tank.I purchased the 16U road case and it fits all of the gear I need safely and with plenty of room to spare. The casters are solid and roll smoothly making this case easy to move despite its heavy weight.Very happy with this purchase
