This pet shampoo smells great, is gentle on their skin, and leaves a no-itch, shiny and very soft coat. Even my harsh-coat bull terriers had soft fur with this shampoo and no more constant allergy itching. It did more than I ever expected. Easy to rinse thoroughly and quality ingredients are a plus.

This is literally the best dog shampoo. It has the most pleasant scent and leaves my aussies' fur shiny and smooth. I also use the conditioning spray by the same company in the same style/product line. It leaves their hair seriously smooth and pleasant and reduces the incidence of their hair "dreading" big time. Only downside is the use of Emu oil. I try to avoid animal products, but I assume that is really the key to this product and I am still currently willing to make the ethical compromise. I mean, I feed my dogs animal meat as well...

Soothes my dogs flea bites and hydrates making them feel so soft and moisturized. It does my dog well. The only shampoo I will ever use I have to try the spray!!

Many years ago I had a lethal white Aussie, who was covered in sunburns and really messed up areas of skin all over him when I adopted him. After trying what felt like hundreds of products, along with diet changes, I found this at a local pet shop and tried it, along with the emu oil spray also from Kenic, and it was literally the only product that made good on its claims. He would go into the bathtub with visible redness and inflammation and come out with obvious improvement, in some cases the redness gone completely. The spray is really great for hot spots and I also used it after baths. The smell is lovely, and it's safe for other animals besides cats and dogs, which I think both says a lot for its safety, and also is a nice selling point since I also have a rabbit. My Aussie had a long coat, and this always made it soft and beautiful, as well. I definitely recommend.

I own a female german shepherd who's about 6 years old. She's been bitting and itching at her skin for the past couple months so after some research I found out about emu oil....which led me to this shampoo.I just used it on her yesterday and so far I'm pretty impressed. It has a really nice almost coconut smell and lathers up wonderfully. Also, my dog seemed to really enjoy being rubbed down with this shampoo. Usually she's jumping all over the place trying to get away from me but with this shampoo she looked so at peace and relaxed as I rubbed it into her fur. Almost like I was giving her a great massage.The shampoo rinsed out easily and left her coat shiny and crazy soft. Her fur was almost a completely different texture compared to other shampoos I've used. You can really tell that the smoothness in her coat was naturally created by this shampoo....not just covered in silicones to make it feel smooth.So far though, it hasn't helped all that much with her itching and biting. I'm thinking that thHE more I use it the more it'll help her skin. Though it did help smooth down some of the scabbing she has underneith her coat. But even if it doesn't help her itching, I'll still probably re-buy it simply because she seemed to love it so much, made her coat beautiful and really made bath time that much easier.

I have been using this shampoo for my Shar Pei for several years now. It keeps his coat soft and there’s no issues with his skin.

I've been trying to find the "perfect" shampoo for my young Afghan Hound, and this one is great for maintenance! I live in a hot, dry area and my dog's coat is dry. This makes it lustrous and soft.I also used it on my black Saluki. He's always got dry, flakey skin and his coat can look dull. Now, he has a lustrous sheen and so far, the dandruff hasn't appeared.

Puppies first bath and all worked out well. Product worked just fine.
