So sorry for the late response! My daughter purchased a medium and she is 5'3" and weights about 135-140. It fits her very well. I would have to say a large? Good luck!!

Follow the guidelines. This PJ I would describe as One Size Fits All, but the length is the key to the size to select...therefore, whatever is recommended for 5 ft. tall is the size you should order.
