I ordered the larger mat, and I love it. Info on both sides. Having the mat also be a guide is great. Makes it more interactive than just being a yoga mat. The info on both sides turns it into a silent partner. The texture is excellent, I never struggle to maintain a pose due to any slipping. The density of the mat is also on point. Firm, but still pliable enough. Excellent for early morning beach yoga too, as since I got the larger mat, it covers more surface, which means it's own surface area prevents the mat from shifting on the sand as much. Overall an excellent purchase. I am very pleased with it.

This mat may not be the “coolest” looking mat around, but it was exactly what I needed getting into yoga! I started with a freebie yoga class on the beach and really enjoyed it. Then I progressed to doing my own yoga exercises by looking online on my phone. Boy that was so inconvenient, constantly picking up my phone to see what move was next. This mat was perfect bc you can see all the moves right on the mat! Most times you’re downward facing anyway. There are so many different positions too so you’ll never get bored. I also love how easy to clean this mat is. Most times there are crevices that the cleaner gets stuck in. This is easy to wipe right off and drys fast too. It’s also super soft and comfortable, and it rolls right up that you can take it anywhere with you. I did bring it camping where there was so service and the pictures came it super handy. Very satisfied with this purchase! 😊

Very nice mat. Gives you your own space. A nice thickness. Not to thin but thin. Lots of information on both sides. Nice colors too.

I give it 4 star and decide to return it. First it is slippery than my manduka mat. Today is the first day I use it on hard wood floor and practiced yoga for 1 hour. I can not hold downward facing dog position because of my sweaty hand. Second , there is always indentations from my knees and elbows.they are not easy to disappear.

I am in love with this mat! As a yoga instructor this just what I needed. I have needed a new yoga mat for a while but it was hard picking a different one that what I have. I got the larger one because some poses require more room and I'm a curvy girl. I love that the images have the English and Sanskrit names of the poses. Also if I ever have to teach a yoga class last minute I can just use this mat for inspiration. It came with the strap as advertised which is a great bonus. I also love that there are different stretches on both sides. I love the different colors. I will add a pick of the back later. About to use the mat for the first time so I'm itching to start my session. I will more than likely buy the black one also so I can have one for at home and another strictly for teaching. For the price I feel like this is a steal!

I have EDS, so I have extra collagen in my entire body. While that may sound nice thanks to lack of wrinkles, it isn’t so nice when it comes to my joints. I’m hypermobile, and so for a long time I would do party tricks by popping joints out of socket. This caused major wear on specific joints; I also just have overall crappy joints due to the extra collagen, but a few are especially bad. I loved doing yoga with my mom as a kid, and when my doctor recommended I do yoga to see if it helps with my joint stability, I was all for it. Even if it didn’t do much for my joints, I had a nice excuse to get a yoga mat and other supplies. I had a different mat picked out originally, but then I saw this one and thought “oh my gosh this perfect”. Added it to my cart and bought it without a second thought. It took about a week for it to arrive, and I was so excited when I opened it up!! I’ve used it daily the last few days, and I am in love with it. The texture is the perfect amount of grip without feeling sticky like some other mats, and the stretches and poses on it are wonderful. The poses/stretches are very detailed and easy to replicate, and all the poses are labeled, which was wonderful for me to relearn the names as I haven’t done yoga in years. If you’re thinking about getting a yoga mat, get this one!! On top of just the mat being completely wonderful, it is actually helping with my joints!! It’s obviously not a miracle for me as I will have a life long disorder, but it definitely helping with the pain and with my joints not subluxing and dislocating as much, and it’s only been a few days!!

Met my expectations. Excellent mat for yoga and stretching and really helpful to have program for yoga poses and stretches right on mat.

Thick and dimensions were as described. Very comfortable to use and instructions on the mat makes yoga (especially for beginners like me) a breeze. Illustrative stretches and yoga poses make this a great guide in going through the process at one's own pace. Worth the buy and would recommend to anyone of all ages.
