These are amazing! The colors are really rich and beautiful, and it really stays on.

When you first put it on you think its way too dark. But it almost immediately lightens up. Lasts a couple hours.'Taste" is slightly vicks vapo-rub mixed with raspberry, but I didn't think it was unpleasant. Overall, I like it. But not worth 20 or 22 dollars.

UPDATE: I may have judged this too harsh previous because I keep going back to this and wearing it. So I have come full circle and decided I like it after all. I don't think it plumps, and I don't think this is a stain, it's a weird hybrid between a gloss, a stain and a lipstick. The flavor is still a little funky but I do really like it after all. I just need a clear lip liner and it takes a few coats to really set. The color works on me. I stand behind my snark to this type of marketing though. I still cringe when I read the marketing.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I wear make-up to be empowered and feel pretty by my standards. I do not wear make-up to be a sex object to men and I abhor and loathe advertising that reads like reject Playboy copy trying to convince girls and women that they need to be sexy sex objects. Like, if I just buy this product someone will want to have sex with me! If I just wear Serial Kisser lip stain then someone may want to kiss me! Barf.Words like "drenches", "juicy", and "supple". Ug. Because of this, I would pass this right on by when I see this brand in the store.Since this was free on the Vine program and I love make-up, I thought I’d give this a try.The description says, "This innovative, lightweight serum drenches lips in saturated, juicy color and lasting, to die for shine. Hydrating hyaluronic acid nourishes lips and leaves them looking plump, supple, and completely kissable. The precision doe-foot glides across lips for pout-perfect application every time". Let’s break that down.I don't know how innovative this is, but it is lightweight. So light, it took several coats to get any color to take at all.It only "drenches" because the "doe-foot" is giant and saturated in product, so it is real easy to put on way too much and smear it all over your lips in a clunky, uneven way.I don't know about "juicy" color, that's not a thing, but the color is nice in the tube. But as mentioned above, on the lip I needed several coats to get any color.I do feel a tingle, but "plump"? Nope. Just my regular lips.Supple? Well, they aren't dry and I am well-hydrated so I guess.Kissable? I don't need this for my man to kiss me and while wearing this, I have not been assaulted by anyone that just can't help but to grab and "serial" kiss me due to the irresistible draw of this magic lip stain. :D."Pout perfect"? I don't know what this means. Like, did this product make my lips bigger so I look pouty? Maybe a touch?What it did do is feather even though I used a clear lip pencil. Its also sticky, has a slight fragrance that is not unpleasant but isn't awesome, and tastes terrible.In the end I will wear this under gloss to pop out some color since I have it, but this isn't for me.

Wow-wee that is some description, Huh?I love the Buxom Plumping Lip Cream (link below), so I was anxious to try the stain. I'm sorry to say I was disappointed. The doe foot applicator grabs, holds, and is soaked in product. The large size makes it difficult to get a precision application -- especially on small lips. The product goes on with what first appears to be a significant amount of color. However, when it dries down (8-10 seconds), it dries out much, much lighter. And with NO glossy shine. It only lasts about two hours. Then I was left with the dreaded patchy look. I did feel a tiny tingle immediately after applying. However, there was NO discernible plumping.Buxom missed the mark with this stain. I wear it as a base color and top it with a plumping, clear gloss.
