They work great. I have cut several rings with no problem. I have three pair. Different colors. You will not be disappointed

What's the difference between the utility holster and the molle holster?

Hooked the belt holster on to my vest and while not a traditional molle clip, it's snug and attached. Handstand confirms.

Is this made in china?

No, they're made in Portland Oregon

Does this come with the plastic belt holster?

Mine came with the molded plastic sheath and belt clip. But, I was given a choice at purchase to select it or the molly attachment.
